Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties The QAQC inspector/auditor reports to the QAQC Manager, and carries out functions that are important to insure the highest standards of quality and cGMP-compliant processes are carried out consistently. The job responsibilities include: * Inspect the facility inside and out. * Sampling products for lab testing. * Verify waste containers are used appropriately. * Replace the temperature and humidity charts and update the logbooks. * Inspect the production area. * Verify packing material and bulk are according to the batch records * cleaning of the production area and making sure all steps are taken to prevent contamination. * Release the line for production, if all conditions have been met and SOP steps have been followed. * On a periodic schedule, go inside production room, check the process, count the capsules/tab per bottles to confirm they are being filled correctly, check the labeling and printing (lot number and best by) process for the bottles. * Inspect the finished products. Collect and test the samples, perform physical testing, complete the paperwork of each batch record, update status in Netsuite ERP online. * Release products from quarantine to warehouse. * Inspect and release labels printed in house. Check carefully the version printed and confirm that everything matches 100% with the master label proof signed by client. * Place the approved labels in the corresponding location at QAQC label area. Update quantity and location in Netsuite ERP online, to keep label inventory updated. * If we are switching to a new version of a label or product, remove old version from our inventory, fill the paperwork for accounting to log the expense. * Inspect and release labels received from external printers. Check carefully the quantity received, if different to the quantity requested in the PO make sure the receiving team have corrected this with accounting. Check version printed and confirm that everything matches 100% with the master label proof signed by client. If we are switching to a new version, remove old version from our inventory, fill the paperwork for accounting to log the expense. * Inspect the receiving area, collect and test the samples of every batch received, not only bulk but also packing material. Make sure the quantity received matches with the quantity requested to keep inventory updated. For each product, complete the paperwork separately according to NSF requirements and update status in Netsuite ERP online. Release products from quarantine to warehouse. * Inspect the returned products placed in Quarantine. Perform physical inspection to confirm sealing and approve or reject after inspection. For each product, complete the paperwork separately according to NSF requirements, update status in Netsuite. Move released products from quarantine to warehouse or to the damaged area. If the product is received damaged, fill the paperwork for accounting to log the expense. Complete the paperwork and logbooks. * Keep records of all inspections to our facility (Pest control, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, back flows, etc) * Prepare deviation reports and corrective actions reports.
