Masters Level Social Work/Counselor Therapist Pay Rate: $21.63

counseling, and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and
groups. - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop
personalized treatment plans. - Implement evidence-based
therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in
achieving their goals. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
to ensure appropriate discharge planning, treatment coordination,
and referrals. - Offer crisis intervention and support to
individuals in acute distress. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date
clinical documentation following organizational policies and
regulatory guidelines. - Completing program-specific assessments. -
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications: - Masters degree in social work, psychology, mental
health counseling, or related field from an accredited
University/College. - Level II Background clearance- All Aspire
Health Partners Internships and Careers require Level 2 clearance,

experience providing therapy or counseling in a behavioral health
setting. - Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental
health conditions, and developing treatment plans. - Strong
understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and
interventions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
to engage with diverse populations. - Ability to work
